Subscription Missing Issue Claims

If you ordered a subscription for Museum or Exhibition and did not receive one or more issues, please submit a claim by completing the information in the fields below. The Alliance Customer Service team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.

 If your organization uses its own formal claim report, you can email it to instead of completing this form. If you have questions, call Alliance Customer Service at 866-226-2150 for assistance.

Please Note:

  • You have 6 months to submit a claim.
  • To help expedite your claim, complete as many fields as possible.
  • You may claim multiple issues on one form
  • If you manage subscriptions for more than one organization, please submit  separate claims for each organization reporting missing issues
  • Click Submit when complete to complete your claim request
